Hazardous Yellow-poplar

When performing a risk assessment for a customer we came across this Yellow-poplar with a hole at the base and a seam going about 4 feet up the tree. The tree was closest to hit the house. This Yellow-poplar was rated a high risk and needed removal. After the tree was successfully removed the bottom 6 feet of the truck was hollow. It’s important to have your trees check so that problems are identified before damage can occur.
